We will
capture your Wedding Celebration through a specifically designed
package, allowing you to enjoy your special day for years to come.
Complete with detailed editing, titles, personalized music selections,
and elegant special effects, each of these packages will encapsulate your
memories so you can share them together, or with others, forever.
EMISSARYPACKAGE
$1600
This package
includes your ceremony and reception. One videographer will film
your day. A second, un-attended camera will be used at your ceremony
to provide additional coverage. On-site begins twenty minutes prior
to your ceremony and includes 5 hours on site. This package includes
2 DVD copies of your edited production.

contains:
The Ceremony
Professional wireless audio, and crisp digital-video will capture
your wedding exactly as it happens. You may choose the abridged
or unabridged version to appear on your DVD.
Reception
Coverage will continue at your cocktail hour and include all of
the traditional events associated with your reception, as well as
any other special moments that you have planned.
Highlight
Montage
This will be a complete overview of your day, including all the
important parts and most adorable moments, all to music of your
choice. It will have a designated chapter on the DVD so you
can share it with friends who might not have time to watch the whole
video.
Professional
Editing
After
your day ends Envoy will take all of your footage, batch it in Final
Cut Pro and create an elegant and cinemagraphic edit of your wedding
day. We will find all of the emotions, laughter, nerves and tears,
and organize all of it professionally.
DVD
Authoring
When
the edit is finished and all of the highlights are polished, your
video will be organized in chapters using DVD Studio Pro. Your entire
day will be easily navigated with buttons representing each event.
You may choose to watch your video straight through or use the chapter
buttons to find your way around.
AMBASSADORPACKAGE
$2,400
This premium package
will provide full coverage of your entire wedding celebration.
From pre-ceremony (capturing the bride during preparations) until the
last dance at your reception, the smiles, laughter and fellowship will
all be caught on video. Two videographers and three cameras will
capture your ceremony. This package includes 3 DVD copies.

Bride
Preparations
From the start of your day, Sara will be with
you to capture the exciting moments of your preparations as you get
ready for your celebration.
Pre-Ceremony
Montage
Shots of your Ceremony location, pre-activities,
and guests arriving will be combined with excerpts from the bride
preparations to make a custom music video of the pre-ceremony activities.
It is your video, so you can choose the music.
The
Ceremony
Professional

digital still-photography as a package with our videography. Includes
a digital disk of Sara Lynn's choice shots.

Camera Person for Ceremony $400
Includes pre-ceremony coverage (at ceremony location),
ceremony, and events that take place immediately after your recessional.
Up to 3 Hours.
Additional
Camera Person for Reception $400
Coverage from cocktail hour through your reception
events (cake cutting, etc.). 3 Hours.
Bride
(or Groom) Preparations $400
Coverage begins at your location of preparation,
before your photographer arrives. We capture all of the pre-ceremony
excitement as the Bride (Groom), her (his) family, and Bridesmaids
(Groomsmen) prepare for the day.
Includes a musical background.
Additional
Locations (Day of) $400
Hair salon, golf course, formals, beach, park,
etc. Coverage includes a fun “behind the scenes” look. Includes
a musical background.
All
un-edited Video archived to DVD $195
Up to two hours on each DVD. Includes chapters
to easily navigate through the raw footage.
Additional
DVD Copies of the Wedding Production
$25 each when ordered BEFORE Wedding Day.
